ABROAD STARTING BUNDLE

Land with your documents already done.

Send us your apostilled documents and a photo of your passport. We translate them, obtain your Paraguayan Interpol clearance and police record, and have the whole stack ready before you fly — every cost itemized at the real Guaraní price.

What's in the bundle

Three services, done remotely.

Everything you can complete before you board the plane — translated, certified, and ready for your DNM appointment.

  • 01

    Sworn translation

Court-registered Spanish translation of your apostilled documents. Done by a Paraguay-registered translator while you're still home.

  • 02

    Paraguayan Interpol clearance

We obtain your Interpol Asunción clearance remotely — all we need is a photo of your passport and your home-country police record.

  • 03

    Police record (antecedentes)

Your Paraguayan National Police record, obtained by our team in Asunción before you arrive.

The price, itemized

Real Guaraní prices. No markups.

Every government and translator fee is passed through at cost. The only add-on is our coordination fee — which covers scheduling, follow-up, and handing you a complete certified stack on arrival.

What you send us

Three things from your home country.

  1. 1

    Your apostilled documents, scanned

High-resolution scans of your birth certificate, marriage certificate, or other documents, each bearing the apostille stamp.

  2. 2

    A photo of your passport

A clear photo of the data page. This is all we need to initiate the Interpol clearance request in Asunción.

  3. 3

    Your home-country police record

Your national criminal record from your country of residence, apostilled. We use this as part of the Paraguay Interpol filing.

What still needs you in Paraguay

Three steps can only happen on the ground.

FAQ

Questions about starting Paraguay residency from abroad

Can this really be done before I arrive?

Yes — sworn translation, Interpol clearance, and the national police record are all obtainable remotely. We have established relationships with the relevant offices in Asunción and handle the in-person steps on your behalf. You receive the completed certified documents before you fly.

What if I haven't decided to move yet?

You can order the bundle speculatively. These documents have a validity window of 3–6 months depending on the issuing body, so if you decide to proceed within that window you're ready to file. If you decide not to move, the cost is what you see in the table above — there are no cancellation fees.

Do you mark up the translation or government fees?

No. We pass every translator and government fee through at cost — the receipt goes to you. The only line item that covers our work is the coordination fee. This is the core of our transparency promise.

How long does it take?

Sworn translation typically takes 5–10 business days. Interpol clearance through Asunción runs 10–15 business days. Police antecedentes take 3–5 business days. We coordinate all three in parallel so the total is roughly 15–20 business days from the day we receive your documents.

What documents need apostille?

Any foreign civil document you intend to use in Paraguay must carry an apostille from its country of origin — typically your birth certificate and, if applicable, marriage certificate. Your home-country police record also needs apostille. Our intake checklist walks you through exactly which documents apply to your situation.
